We are now offering VPS servers.
A virtual private server or VPS (also referred to as Virtual Dedicated Server or VDS) is a preferred hosting solution for small to medium-sized businesses as it delivers control at a level similar to a dedicated server, at a price not too far from affordable shared hosting. A VPS grants you root access, the ability to run your own applications and to stop/restart your server.
We have 3 different types of VPS for you to choose from and below is an brief description of them. Please use the menu on the left hand side to navigate to your prefered VPS system.
Xen gives you 100% assurance that the resources you have paid for are all yours. Unable to be oversold, Xen offers a full Linux based environment, where you can load your own kernel modules and setup things such as VPN's, loop back filesystem and other 3rd party software whilst running at optimum speed and flexibility. We also support PyGrub (enabled by request) allowing you to run your own kernel within the VPS.
This is ideal if you want the fastest Linux system to date. Using a shared kernel (which can be a blessing or a curse depending on your view point) means that you can install from any of our templates to quickly deploy a Linux Distro of your choice on your VPS.
Windows VPS performs and executes exactly like a standalone physical dedicated server, making it an ideal alternative to a dedicated server. Each Windows VPS runs a licensed copy of Windows Server 2008, can be efficiently managed with Remote Desktop access and has its own System Registry. All our Windows VPS web hosting plans are feature-rich, which offer total control, power and flexibility which most users desire.
